Hi-Hat cupcakes: Attempt #1

I found these beauties on Bakerella's website, who got them from Martha's website.  Note to self, if they are in connection with Martha, they are going to be hard to make!
30 minutes beating the frosting on the stove top until stiff peaks formed at 160 degrees... yeah.  Then you just "swirl it as high as you can get it" pop them in the fridge for 15 minutes and then just dip them in the chocolate coating.  Whatever Martha!  They weren't a complete disaster, they just weren't quite what they were supposed to be.  But they tasted phenomenal.  Think moist chocolate cake, almond flavored marshmallow fluff, and chocolate coating.  Delish.
